8. Limitation of Liability

10. Termination

10.1 Termination by Either Party

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you must cease all use of our services and return or destroy any confidential information.

10.2 Immediate Termination

We may terminate your access immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these terms or engage in any conduct that we determine to be harmful to our business or other users.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11.2 Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

11.3 Mediation

Before pursuing formal legal action, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good faith negotiations and, if necessary, mediation.

13. Force Majeure
